Mapping user experiences and understanding the underlaying value of IL Age Care was not easy task, however after working on several blueprints and getting good user insight, we managed to establish the main hierarchical assets and values that were needed to be designed and implemented in this project.
To our surprise one of the strongest points of frustration was the way the entire site was designed. It needed to have visual elements that could agree with the end user and it should speak in a way were information was digestible in an enjoyable manner. From mapping to information architecture, to prototyping and executing the entire site.
We now know that user interaction has increased 90% and end users are finally understanding a little better how it all works. It is a great start for a company that continues to grow helping australians in rural areas, and we are thrilled that we were able to help.
